1,工作原理
TAO制氧機分離空氣主要由兩個填滿分子篩的吸附塔組成,在常溫條件下,將壓縮空氣經過過濾,除水干燥等凈化處理后進入吸附塔,在吸附塔中空氣中的氮氣等被分子篩所吸附,而使氧氣在氣相中得到富集,從出口流出貯存在氧氣緩沖罐中,而在另一塔已完成吸附的分子篩被迅速降壓,解析出已吸附的成分,兩塔交替循環,即可得到純度為≥90%的廉價的氧氣。整個系統的閥門自動切換均由一臺電腦自動控制。

1,Oxygen generator Principles:
PSA oxygen generator uses zeolite molecular sieve as sorbent, produces oxygen by making use of the PSA principle. Under certain pressure, zeolite molecular sieve has different oxygen/nitrogen adsorption capacity, i.e. much more nitrogen adsorption capacity than oxygen adsorption capacity. PLC controls pneumatic valve on/off to realize two towers alternate adsorption and desorption as per pressure change, carries out oxygen/nitrogen separation and produces oxygen with desired purity.
