3.3 技術(shù)定額法

分為計算法和測時法兩種。計算法就是按照相應(yīng)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或手冊計算出加工時間，這時需選定合理的機床、刀具、加工余量、吃刀量、機床轉(zhuǎn)速和進給等參數(shù)。有時加工的一些非標(biāo)零件的工時定額無法進行計算，這時還可以考察員工的實際加工時間，根據(jù)實際加工方法、加工時間綜合考慮后進行工時定額。

3.4 比較法

該方法主要用于零件結(jié)構(gòu)相近，或加工方法接近的系列產(chǎn)品工時定額制定中。將類似產(chǎn)品的工時定額與以往已經(jīng)制定定額的產(chǎn)品進行對比后給出新產(chǎn)品工時定額的一種方法。主要應(yīng)用于有可比性的系列產(chǎn)品，在針對新產(chǎn)品以及不需要準(zhǔn)確的對外報價時經(jīng)常使用。

機械定額管理是一項很細(xì)致的工作，涉及到的因素很多，政策性的、技術(shù)性的、甚至一些人情性的，然而工時定額管理也不是一成不變的東西，隨著企業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展和工裝設(shè)備、加工工藝的不斷更新與改進，定額管理也要隨之相應(yīng)革新。掌握適當(dāng)?shù)亩~原則和方法對今后的定額工作將起到關(guān)鍵作用，同時也能促進不斷提高勞動生產(chǎn)率，使企業(yè)達到了穩(wěn)步發(fā)展。
